After going to many meetings, it became apparent that the CLRSD had no interest in what the majority thinks. They have even made statements
that the opposition is a small minority, less than a quarter. The survey in Miltona was about 60% against and counting the surveys that were not
returned as yes votes, it was still about 40% against. The moe survey that only surveyed lake property owners was about 50%. Does anyone think that
the number of people for this has increased? Well we are about to find out. See how we did this survey: Methodology.

This is an independently verified survey. Here is the methodology used:
1. We got a list of all parcels that were listed as taxed by the CLRSD from the county auditor Tom Reddick. A member of our group contacted the CLRSD for their current list, but did not even receive a
courtesy response.
2. We combined parcels so each landowner received 1 vote. We removed the DNR and public roads.
3. The survey's were printed based on the list and included whether or not you are a homesteaded resident and which township(s) you own property in
4. We retained Alex Tax and Business, a known reputable accounting firm in Alexandria to account and verify the survey.
5. The printed survey's had postage applied to them and then were delivered to Alex Tax Services along with the master list of 1429 property owners in the survey.
ATS verified that all surveys that were printed were delivered to them. They stamped verified on each as they were verified. ATS personally mailed the surveys.
6. The survey's are printed with a return address of Alex Tax and Business, CLRSD survey. The survey's will be mailed directly to Alex Tax and business and will be
counted my them.
7. There are 2 questions on the survey. Basically it asks whether you support the big pipe project and whether you want your township to withdraw from the CLRSD.
8. The survey will be accounted by residency, township, phase and overall total.
9. The information will be kept on file and reviewable upon request to Alex Tax and Business. Alex Tax and Business may charge a fee depending on the request.
